1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the LongToShorts AI platform (the "Service") you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

The Service automatically processes video files you upload: it transcribes audio, selects moments with the help of artificial intelligence and generates short subtitled clips. AI results are indicative and may contain errors.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity in your account. You must be at least 16 years old. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Your content

You remain the owner of the uploaded videos and generated clips. You grant us a limited, strictly technical license to store and process the files solely to provide the Service. You warrant that you hold the rights to the uploaded content and that it does not break the law or the rights of third parties (copyright, image, personal data).

5. Prohibited use

Uploading illegal, defamatory, hateful or copyright-infringing content is prohibited, as is any attempt to compromise the platform's security or abuse the processing resources.

6. Credits, payments and subscriptions

Purchased credits do not expire and are not transferable. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime, remaining active until the end of the paid period. Credits used for successfully completed processing are not refunded; failed processing is automatically refunded in credits.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, results of a certain quality or performance on social media platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; important changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
