1. What data we collect

Account data: name, email, password (stored encrypted). Content: uploaded video files, transcripts and generated clips. Usage data: IP address, important account actions (audit log), last login date. Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we do not store your card details.

2. How we use data

Exclusively for: providing the service (processing your videos), billing, transactional emails (confirmations, processing notifications, password reset), security (rate limiting, audit) and support.

3. AI processing

The audio of your videos is sent to the OpenAI API for transcription and analysis, according to OpenAI's API data usage policy. We do not use your content to train models.

4. How long we keep data

Files and clips stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a project permanently removes the files from the server. Technical logs are kept for a limited time, for security.

5. Who we share data with

Only with strictly necessary providers: OpenAI (transcription/analysis), Stripe and PayPal (payments), the hosting provider and the email service. We do not sell or rent your data.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can delete your projects and account data yourself, and for full account deletion you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

7. Security

We use encrypted passwords (bcrypt), CSRF protection, rate limiting, optional two-step authentication, secure downloads through a controller and restricted access to storage directories.
