How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 generated short. On upload the maximum requested amount is reserved; if AI generates fewer clips or processing fails, the difference is refunded automatically. Credits never expire.
What is the difference between packs and subscriptions?
Packs are one-time payments (card or PayPal) — buy credits when you need them. Subscriptions are billed monthly (card, via Stripe), automatically top up your credits every month and unlock benefits: premium templates, Brand Kit, priority processing, higher limits.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
Yes, in one click from the Subscription page. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, with no extra cost.
Which video formats do you accept?
MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM, AVI and M4V. The resulting clips are MP4 H.264 + AAC, in 9:16 (1080×1920), 1:1 or 4:5.
Which languages does it work in?
Transcription works in dozens of languages (Whisper). Subtitles can be kept in the original language or auto-translated into Romanian, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese.
Can I edit a short after generation?
Yes. In the editor you change the title, hook, description, hashtags and YouTube metadata, and if you want a different subtitle style, filter or animation, you regenerate just that short — for free, no credits.
Are my videos safe?
Files are stored privately, accessible only from your account, via secure download. You can delete them anytime, permanently, per project or per short.
What happens if processing fails?
The system retries automatically up to 3 times. If it still fails, you get a notification + email, and credits are fully refunded.
